Harutyunyan Gayane
General Director of Management Company, Member of the Investment Committee Born on May 22, 1982, in Yerevan.
EDUCATION
Graduated from Yerevan State Institute of Economics in 2004.
CAREER PATH
Started her professional career in 2007 as a Credit Specialist, and from 2008 worked as a Senior Credit Specialist. From 2010, she held various managerial positions at VTB Armenia Bank CJSC — from Chief Financial Consultant to PR Manager. Currently, she is also the Head of INFINITY AM CJSC.
Chief Accountant
Abrahamyan Zarouhi
Chief Accountant of the Management Company, Financial Consultant
Born on April 1, 1986, in Goris.
EDUCATION
Graduated from the Armenian State University of Economics in 2007.
CAREER PATH
Started her professional career in 2009 as an Accountant. Since 2014, she has held the position of Chief Accountant in organizations operating in various sectors, carrying out comprehensive accounting and financial management.
Legal Counsel
Gohar Tsutsulyan
Legal Counsel of the Management Company
Born on October 5, 1991 in Ijevan.
EDUCATION
In 2012, she graduated with a bachelor’s degree from the Faculty of Law of YSU, and in 2014, a master’s degree in Corporate Law.
CAREER PATH
Started working in 2013. Since 2014, the main activity has been carried out in the field of corporate law, providing full legal services to organizations.
